This 2 gang maple plate covers a rocker switch and GFCI receptacle in a bathroom. This cover plate was finished with tung oil and no stain. Maple can be stained a variety of colors and also takes paint very nicely.

Love the wall plates! I purchased the cherry wood plates and added a stain. They look great in my dining room with the hardwood floors! Great customer service and quick shipping.

We couldn't be happier with our new cherry switch plates from Virgin Timber Lumber. The wood matched perfectly with our new cherry kitchen cabinets after we applied two coats of clear satin oil-based finish onto each switch plate. I just ordered 80 of these switch plates in a combination of cherry and walnut wood. The shipping was incredibly fast, and the quality of the wood and the craftsmanship was OUTSTANDING! They are extremely well sanded and smooth, and I will definitely be ordering more. John was extremely helpful in answering all my questions, and he responded to my emails in record time. If I could give this company more than 5 stars, I would!

Just ordered 95 switchplates of various kinds in black walnut for our newly built home that has black walnut cabinetry but white plastic switchplates. I can't give enough praise for the beauty of this product. It makes our home feel like we spent a million bucks on it! Every plate is unique and we stop to marvel at the beauty of each one at times. Also, you can not find a real black walnut plate that is a better bargain. These things are extremely under priced. You can't find an imitation black walnut plate in plastic for a better price -- and why would you want to? 95 plates and I received the order in less than a week and a half! If you are hunting for real wood wall switch cover plates, there is no better place than Virgin Timber Lumber Co. to get them!!! What an enhancement! It is a no brainer. I have honestly not been this impressed by a company's attention to detail and craftmanship in my 70 years here on Earth. Just beautiful!!!

This wood wall plates are very special.They fit perfectly in the outlets, like a glove.They are made with high quality wood, excellent craftsmanship, very elegant, they warm up the place.We are delighted to use them. We built a new house and I purchased switch plate covers throughout. I stained and put tung oil on them and they are beautiful. Every one fit perfectly. Great craftsmanship!

The folks at Virgin timber lumber company are top shelf. From the initial ordering all the way through installation of our covers the service was excellent. I ordered wall plates in walnut for a highly decorated and styled event space. All of them turned out great, and they looked so much more elegant than the standard plastic ones. John was very communicative and worked with me to create a custom plate to accommodate a CAT5 data port. He was kind enough to finish the plates as well, and I was very happy with the finished product. If we need more wooden plates in the future, we'll definitely be ordering from here!
